Christopher Miller, Partner & Co-Founder

Chris currently serves as Chairman of CMNY Holdings, LLC a family office based in San Diego, CA that owns and operates multiple national investments in real estate, transportation and logistics, oil and gas, and aviation.

Prior to forming MoreSpace, Chris was the founder of iStorage and served as the company’s Chairman and General Partner. In 2007, Chris pursued self-storage given the all-around industry inefficiency, higher relative returns, and the opportunity to bring technology into a historically unsophisticated marketplace.

Chris has been actively involved in commercial real estate investing & management since 1994. Prior to founding iStorage, Chris built a successful multi-family advisory company and negotiated over $1.8 billion in multi-family and commercial transactions as a principal and broker.

Scott Seward, Partner & Co-Founder

Scott is responsible for oversight of the accounting department, global cash management, lender reporting and compliance, sourcing new debt relationships and real estate acquisitions. Scott has extensive experience in multi-family, self-storage, investment sales and financing. During his tenure in multi-family investment sales, he brokered over $500 million in transactions.

Zack Linford, Partner & Co-Founder

Zack brings 20 years of experience in marketing, technology, and operations to drive innovative platform strategies within the MoreSpace real estate portfolio. Zack founded one of the earliest digital marketing agencies in 1998 and grew into a market leader over a decade with customers that include Experian, Intuit, Shire Pharmaceutical, and Arrow Electronics.

Prior to forming MoreSpace, Zack partnered with Chris Miller to create the marketing & technology platform that powered iStorage’s record breaking growth, and led the effort towards the eventual disposition of iStorage with the dual roles of Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Technology Officer.

Karen Esposita, Accounting Manager

Karen has a strong diversified background of accounting and management experience. She was Controller in both manufacturing and distribution industries for over 25 years, working in mid-size international organizations. She has experience in international accounting as well as Sarbanes Oxley reporting. Karen was Accounting Manager at iStorage, responsible for reporting requirements for the 70 self-storage assets and management of the accounting staff and has managed multiple software conversions and implementations.

Dave Graalum, Construction Project Manager & Facilities Manager

Dave brings decades of experience in construction, facilities, and maintenance management to MoreSpace. His vast experience in managing multiple construction projects, facilities/maintenance management, and owner of a construction/consulting company has resulted in a diverse knowledge base and keen interest in people. He enjoys sharing his experience with others, helping them be productive, building their confidence, and finding a measure of joy in their work. Dave’s focus on organization and process ensures success for every project for which he is involved.

Karen Edwards, Office Administrator

Karen brings over 20 years of experience as an assistant focusing on streamlining processes, creating Standard Operating Procedures, and project management. She utilizes her strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all day to day operations are effectively managed. Karen has a degree in Human Resource Management and multiple years of experience working with retirement plans, payroll, training, and onboarding/offboarding employees.
